Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are not required but are highly recommended to reduce the possibility of waiting upon arrival.
Do you have hair toppers?
Yes, we have a large in-house selection ranging from human to synthetic that is available in various colors. Our trained staff can also help you make the proper
selection and assist with complimentary personalization services if necessary.
What if my wig or hairpiece needs trimming?
At LNY, personalization is a complimentary part of our service to you. We will try
to cut or trim your new piece at the time of selection. If that is not at all possible,
we will schedule a time for you to pop back in, and we will make any necessary
length alterations at the next available opportunity.
Do you wash wigs?
Each location has a dedicated team member to handle washing and styling. Turnaround time is typically two business days after dropoff.
How long do wigs last?
In general, human hair wigs last longer than synthetic versions. It depends on the
quality of the wig and the care it receives.
What brands do you carry?

In addition to offering custom-made-to-order wigs, toppers, and hairpieces, we stock offerings from famous lines such as:   EnvyJonRenau, EllenWille, RaquelWelch, Norico, Estetica,  Tressalure, Gabor, AmericanHairlines, Rene of Paris, Him, Fair Fashion, Gemtress, Amore,  Henry Margu, And many more.

Is there a consultation fee?

We offer complimentary consultations for clients with clinical needs, including all forms of alopecia and chemotherapy. All other consultation services conducted by our trained wig specialists are subject to a small consultation fee starting at twenty-five dollars. Consultations for specialty items such as custom handmade wigs and hairpieces with our lead designer, will be quoted at the time of booking. The consultation fee will be applied to any purchases or selections made during the visit.

Do you accept returns?

Wigs are considered personal items. Any wig, hairpiece, specialty, or custom item that has left our retail store is non-returnable for safety and hygiene purposes.

For accuracy, all special orders and custom items are reviewed with the client at the time of pickup. Should you have any questions about your particular order at the time of pickup, please bring them to our attention before leaving the store with the item so that we may make any necessary changes, adjustments, or exchanges for color to your order immediately.
