When will My order be shipped?
Most orders received by 2:pm EST will be shipped the same business day, unless backordered, otherwise indicated in the actual individual item description, or a special-order item. Orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Can I cancel my order?
LNY’s priority is shipping purchased items to the customer as quickly as possible. A 2-hour cancellation window is provided prior to the order being shipped. Changes can only be made to your order prior to shipping.
Can I track my order?
After creating an account with LNY you may sign in anytime to view your account and order history.
How do I request a refund (refund procedure and policies)?
- All claims and requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of order delivery date. Email us at LNYWigsOnLineStore@gmail.com to receive a return label and control number.
Please note that LNY will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, altered, or damaged. Claims and refund requests must be made no later than 5 days after the date the order is delivered and received and no later than 10 days after the return label is issued. There will be a 10% restocking fee and a $7.95 repackaging fee for each item returned. A return postage fee for any returns may also apply. These fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and the balance will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card. Any items listed or described as “clearence,” “one of a kind,”, or “super sale” are not returnable. Any items purchased using the pay-over-time method are exchangeable but not refundable. LNY online store is the sole abritrator of any refund or exchange policy

How soon can I expect a refund to be processed?
It typically takes 5-7 business days for your return to be delivered to LNY Shop. Once it is received, we will inspect the item(s) and process any eligible refunds. Although it takes less than 5-7 days to begin this process, your credit card company may take additional time to deposit funds into your account.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes, your discretion is one of LNY’s top priorities. Our shipments are discretely marked and never publicized.
