All claims and requests for refunds must be made in writing via email within five days of the order delivery date. Please email us at LNYWigsOnlineStore@gmail.com to receive a return shipping label and the required return authorization number.
Please note that The LNY Wigs Online Store will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or its packaging has not been altered, the item has not been worn, the item has not been altered or damaged in any way, all product labels are still attached, and the item received back is still in its original packaging.
The LNY Wigs Online Store will be the sole arbitrator on an item’s return eligibility.
Claims and refund requests must be made in writing via email no later than five days from the date the order is delivered. There will be a 10% restocking fee and a $7.95 repackaging/sterilization fee for each item returned. A return postage fee for any returns may also apply. These fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and the balance will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card. Any items listed or described as “clearence,” “one of a kind,”, or “super sale” are not returnable. Any items purchased using the pay-over-time method option are not refundable. Any items purchased using the pay-over-time method option are however eligible for a color change, one time only (one time per item), but still not refundable. LNY Wigs online store is the sole abritrator of any refund or exchange policy.
